When someone you love dies, it can be difficult to know what to do next.
My role is to gently support you through this time and help create a farewell that reflects your loved one’s life, personality, and story in a meaningful and authentic way.
Whether you have clear ideas or feel unsure where to begin, I will guide you through each step with care and calm support.
What I Do for Families
When we work together, I will:
- Meet with you in person or online to hear stories and understand your loved one's life
- Help shape those memories into a meaningful and well-structured ceremony
- Write and prepare the full ceremony on your behalf
- Meet with you in person or online to hear stories and understand your loved one's life
- Offer guidance with readings, tributes, and wording if needed
- Liaise with your funeral director or venue to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Deliver the ceremony with warmth, clarity, and respect
You do not need to have everything figured out. My role is to support you through it.
What a Funeral Ceremony Can Include
Every ceremony is unique, but may include:
- A welcome and acknowledgement of those present
- A life story or eulogy
- Tributes from family and friends
- Music, poetry, or cultural traditions
- Visual tributes such as photos or video
- Moments of reflection
- A final farewell
Some families prefer a traditional structure, while others choose something more relaxed or informal. There is no right or wrong way—only what feels right for you.
My Approach
My approach is calm, respectful, and entirely personalised.
I take time to listen and understand who your person was, so the ceremony reflects them honestly—not a template or standard script.
I also understand that grief can make decisions feel overwhelming, so I will guide you through each step at a pace that feels manageable and supported.

- I prepare a draft ceremony
- We refine it together until it feels right
- I deliver the ceremony on the day with care and professionalism
